HH/PSYC 3410 3.00   Educational Psychology

Course Description:

The application of theories and evidence from psychology to the process of education. Topics include the nature and control of human learning, theories of motivation, development of skills, concept formation, creative and critical thinking and social psychological processes in education. Prerequisite: AK/AS/HH/SC/PSYC 1010 6.00 or AK/HH/PSYC 2410 6.00, with a minimum grade of C. Course credit exclusions: AK/HH/PSYC 3245 3.00 (prior to Summer 2002), GL/PSYC 3350 3.00.
