This course focuses on an understanding of the physiological and psychological basis of relaxation as a self-management procedure and in the utilization of relaxation strategies in sport, health and physical activity. Three lecture hours per week. One term. Prerequisites: AS/HH/SC/KINE 2031 3.00; AS/HH/SC/KINE 3011 3.00; AS/HH/SC/KINE 3012 3.00 or permission of the course director.
