AP/PPAS 3138 3.00   Federalism and Public Policy

Course Description:

Surveys key issues in Canadian federalism in relation to public administration and public policy. Explores the role of federal and provincial governments in a broad range of policy areas such as economic policy, social policy, environmental policy, and immigration policy as well as providing a thorough grounding in fiscal federalism. Course credit exclusion: AP/POLS 3195 3.00, AP/PPAS 3140 3.00, AP/HREQ 3140 3.00. PRIOR TO FALL 2009: Course credit exclusion: AK/POLS 3140 3.00.
