Experiential exercises and case studies are used to gain critical skills for negotiating in a human resource management context. The objective is to learn how to analyze the key factors in a negotiation and plan a course of action. Prerequisites: 66 credits including AP/ADMS 2400 3.00 and AP/HRM 2600 3.00.
